ABOUT THE ARTIST
Sofia Ivanna Vasilinka is academically trained internationally renowned representational Artist, working in style of realism and impressionism.
Born in USSR to a family of teachers and artists, she studied in the city of Kiev and developed her artistic abilities at a very early age.
in 1982 She began to show her artwork in US, Canada and Europe.
Sofia's romantic works comprises of vibrant colors, austere classical form and luminescent quality

Sofia's application of paint is dramatic contrast between thin, luminous layers and heavier impasto. The artist couples heightened realism
with blurred, fluid edges.

Teaching experience
.Sofia Ivanna is one of the few people who has mastered not only art, but the art of teaching it . Along with exhibition schedule Sofia is busy with educational workshops and private lessons teaching those who wish to deepen there knowledge of traditional painting.
